Welcome to the last month of Spring ... we have seen A LOT of rain this spring so it is nice to break it up with the lovely, warm, fine days.  We are looking forward to celebrating Grandparents Day this month and we have our fingers crossed for another warm, fine day!

Friday 10th November - Grandparents Day

Sunday 19th November - Round the Bridges walk and run, Hamilton

Friday 24th November - Holiday Notices are due back in

ADVANCED NOTICE:  Christmas closedown - our last day will be Friday 22nd December 2017 and we re-open on Wednesday 3rd January 2018 at 7.30 am

The second month of Spring is underway and we have certainly seen enough rain to last us for a while!  It's been great to have the longer days with the start of Daylight Savings.

Thursday 5th October - Teachers Day, we will be celebrating our awesome teachers throughout the Centre today

Monday 23rd October - Labour Day, the Centre will be closed today

Some advance notice for November ... we will be celebrating Grandparents Day on Friday 10th November ... more details will follow early next month.

The first day of Spring and what a beautiful day ... it is great to see signs of Spring around ... daffodils, blossoms, lambs ... We have a busy month planned in the Centre:

Friday 1st September - Blokes Day (Father's Day) celebrations in the Centre

Sunday 3rd September - Father's Day, relax and enjoy

11th - 17th September - Maori Language week

Wednesday 20th September - WaCkY sHoE dAy supporting 'Steptember' and the Cerebral Palsy Society

Sunday 24th September - Daylight Savings begins ... remember to put your clocks forward 1 hour
